Absolutely fantastic customer service! I came to Ben and the team as a complete novice with two jobs that needed to be printed … More in a hurry. They were so warm and easy to talk to on the phone, and really put me at ease. Not only were they willing to help me step by step with their technical expertise, with great patience, but also printed and delivered both jobs on time (next day!!) without any fuss. The prints were beautiful on fantastic quality paper. I won’t go anywhere else for any printing jobs from now on. Highly recommend!

However, I recently had to call on their expertise as a result of moving house in order to get my Canon ImagePROGRAF PRO-2000 up and running. The support provided by Ben (at RGBuk) was exceptional. He tirelessly talked me through solutions to the problems I was having re-commissioning the printer over the phone. The phrase "going the extra mile" is an oft-used complement - however, my experiences with RGBuk is that they always "go the extra 100 miles" - they really do provide a truly excellent level of service. You will never be disappointed when trading with RGBuk. I cannot recommend this company too much - they are brilliant.
